All About Dads
Are you a dad of young children (Aged 0-4) that would like to develop your parenting skills? ‘All about Dads’ is a 4-week program aimed at providing support to new dads during early fatherhood.
Join us and other dads in an informal 4-week group setting to learn more about:
-The different aspects of fatherhood
-Building positive relationships
-Managing work and family life
-Coping with stress and much more….
Each session includes a 30 minute group personal training
