Statement from PRONIA

Please find our statement that is to be attributed to PRONIA CEO Sylvia Hadjiantoniou and the PRONIA Board

 On Friday 28th March, an incident occurred on our PRONIA premises that impacted on members of our team.

 Since then, there have been various comments and articles published concerning PRONIA, and the Federation of the Greek Elderly. 

PRONIA and the Federation share a long-standing history. PRONIA has consistently supported the Federation and the Greek comunity and remains dedicated to this commitment. 

The Federation always remains welcome at PRONIA. 

PRONIA will not be commenting further at this stage.

 

 

PRONIA has had a long, proud history in advocating for social justice, equality of opportunity for individuals and communities, with the aim of helping to create a stronger, cohesive, and inclusive society for all Australians. It is within this spirit that PRONIA supports the Uluru Statement from the Heart and the “yes” vote in the upcoming referendum to constitutionally recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, as the First Peoples of Australia and a Voice to parliament.
