PRONIA Welcomes our new CEO

Ms Sylvia Hadjiantoniou is an accomplished executive and board director with a strong commitment to social equity and community development.

Her expertise in transformational leadership and strategic planning has enabled her to facilitate improved access for vulnerable people across a wide range of sectors, including affordable housing, education, health care and social services.

With a career that spans the public, private and non-profit sectors, she has collaborated with diverse partners to drive large-scale capital projects, develop community-focussed precincts, create essential infrastructure and lead impactful organisational change.

Sylvia is dedicated to ensuring that she has a positive and sustainable impact on the local communities in which she lives, works and serves.

PRONIA has had a long, proud history in advocating for social justice, equality of opportunity for individuals and communities, with the aim of helping to create a stronger, cohesive, and inclusive society for all Australians. It is within this spirit that PRONIA supports the Uluru Statement from the Heart and the “yes” vote in the upcoming referendum to constitutionally recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, as the First Peoples of Australia and a Voice to parliament.
