Following are some sample of clauses that can help you draft your bequest.

Bequest 1

If you wish for the bequest to be applied for general purposes:

• I give and bequeath (the whole/percentage/residue/specific amount) of my Estate to PRONIA/AUSTRALIAN GREEK WELFARE SOCIETY LIMITED (ABN 82 005 110 305) of 7 Union Street, Brunswick, in the State of Victoria, for its general purposes and I Direct that a receipt from the Secretary or Treasurer for the time being of the said organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my trustees.

Bequest 2

If you wish to donate it to PRONIA for a specific purpose:

• I give and bequeath (the whole/percentage/residue/specific amount) of my Estate to PRONIA/AUSTRALIAN GREEK WELFARE SOCIETY LIMITED (ABN 82 005 110 305) of 7 Union Street, Brunswick, in the State of Victoria, specifically for [purpose] and I Direct that a receipt from the Secretary or Treasurer for the time being of the said organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my trustees.

Bequest 3

If you wish to limit the application of the funds to the Crisis Intervention Services (Including support for people at risk of homelessness) of the Australian Greek Welfare Society:

Crisis Intervention Services (Including support for people at risk of homelessness)

• I give and bequeath (the whole/percentage/residue/specific amount) of my Estate to AUSTRALIAN GREEK WELFARE SOCIETY LIMITED (ABN 82 005 110 305) of 7 Union Street, Brunswick, in the State of Victoria, specifically for the Crisis Intervention Services (Including support for people at risk of homelessness). I Direct that a receipt from the Secretary or Treasurer for the time being of the said organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my Trustees.

If you wish to limit the application of the funds to the Mental Health Support Services of the Australian Greek Welfare Society:

Mental Health Support Services

• I give and bequeath (the whole/percentage/residue/specific amount) of my Estate to AUSTRALIAN GREEK WELFARE SOCIETY LIMITED (ABN 82 005 110 305) of 7 Union Street, Brunswick, in the State of Victoria, specifically for the Mental Health Support Services. I Direct that a receipt from the Secretary or Treasurer for the time being of the said organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my Trustees.

If you wish to limit the application of the funds to the Disability and Aged Care Services of the Australian Greek Welfare Society:

Disability and Aged Care Services

• I give and bequeath (the whole/percentage/residue/specific amount) of my Estate to AUSTRALIAN GREEK WELFARE SOCIETY LIMITED (ABN 82 005 110 305) of 7 Union Street, Brunswick, in the State of Victoria, specifically for the Disability and Aged Care Services. I Direct that a receipt from the Secretary or Treasurer for the time being of the said organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my Trustees.

If you wish to limit the application of the funds to the Family Services Including Youth Support of the Australian Greek Welfare Society:

Family Services Including Youth Support

• I give and bequeath (the whole/percentage/residue/specific amount) of my Estate to AUSTRALIAN GREEK WELFARE SOCIETY LIMITED (ABN 82 005 110 305) of 7 Union Street, Brunswick, in the State of Victoria, specifically for the Family Services Including Youth Support. I Direct that a receipt from the Secretary or Treasurer for the time being of the said organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my Trustees.

If you wish to limit the application of the funds to the Health and Wellbeing Program of the Australian Greek Welfare Society:

Health and Wellbeing Program

• I give and bequeath (the whole/percentage/residue/specific amount) of my Estate to AUSTRALIAN GREEK WELFARE SOCIETY LIMITED (ABN 82 005 110 305) of 7 Union Street, Brunswick, in the State of Victoria, specifically for the Health and Wellbeing Program. I Direct that a receipt from the Secretary or Treasurer for the time being of the said organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my Trustees.

If you wish to limit the application of the funds to Women and Children Experiencing Family Violence of the Australian Greek Welfare Society:

Women and Children Experiencing Family Violence

• I give and bequeath (the whole/percentage/residue/specific amount) of my Estate to AUSTRALIAN GREEK WELFARE SOCIETY LIMITED (ABN 82 005 110 305) of 7 Union Street, Brunswick, in the State of Victoria, specifically for the Women and Children Experiencing Family Violence. I Direct that a receipt from the Secretary or Treasurer for the time being of the said organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my Trustees.

Bequest 9

If you are agreeable to the donation being spread between the various arms of the Australian Greek Welfare Society:

• I give and bequeath (the whole/percentage/residue/specific amount) of my Estate to AUSTRALIAN GREEK WELFARE SOCIETY LIMITED (ABN 82 005 110 305) of 7 Union Street, Brunswick, in the State of Victoria, for such of the Crises Intervention Services (Including support for people at risk of homelessness), Mental Health Support Services, Disability and Aged Care Services, Family Services Including Youth Support, Health and Wellbeing Program, Women and Children Experiencing Family Violance and/or its general purposes as my Trustees determine in his her or their absolute discretion. I Direct that a receipt from the Secretary or Treasurer for the time being of the said organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my Trustees.
