Tanya Connor General Manager – Clinical Operations & Service Delivery

Tanya is an experienced aged care executive and registered nurse with almost 30 years’ experience across clinical care, operational leadership, home care, residential aged care, governance and service delivery.
Having worked across a broad range of aged care settings, Tanya brings extensive knowledge of clinical governance, regulatory compliance, workforce leadership, consumer experience, service improvement and aged care reform. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of both the human and operational sides of aged care, and the importance of building services that are responsive, well-governed and genuinely person-centred.
Tanya is known for her calm, practical and solutions-focused approach, with a strong ability to bring clarity to complex situations, support teams through change and build confidence in those around her. Her leadership style is collaborative and grounded in trust, accountability and respect.
Passionate about strengthening aged care from the inside out, Tanya is committed to building capable teams, improving service systems and supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical care that responds to each person’s individual needs. She also values helping older people and families feel informed, understood and confident to make decisions about their care.
